I am stunned and saddened about this and the family of this young victim are in my prayers–little consolation for their grief.
The whole shoot in the New Year tradition needs to stop. This is not the first story I’ve heard of stray bullets during New Year’s Eve 2010.
Seriously mofos, buy some firecrackers and realize bullets fly through the air until it hits a target.
