This article on Madame Noire, “Wifey Doesn’t Get The Ring”, caught my eye because some people use “wifey” as a term of endearment a man uses for his legal wife… BUT many people use it for a woman who lives & does the work of a legal wife but isn’t married. (Pssst: That’s why the title of my new trilogy is “Real WIFEYS”–it’s not about Real WIVES.)
